Roots Cast Shines at the National 3M Competition!

We are delighted to announce that Team “PDC Cheetas” from Roots Cast Private Limited has won the Gold Award at the 19th Edition of the National 3M Competition organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

The event was conducted on 6th and 7th March 2025 via a virtual platform and saw participation from 124 project teams across India under three distinct categories:

• Muda – 76 Teams
• Mura – 22 Teams
• Muri – 26 Teams

Roots Cast competed in the Mura category and stood out among 22 participating teams to win the Gold Award, showcasing the team’s dedication to reducing process inconsistencies and driving continuous improvement.

With this remarkable achievement, the team has qualified to represent Roots Cast at the upcoming “Challengers Trophy 2025”, scheduled to be held in December 2025.

This accomplishment reflects our strong focus on innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence. The management of Roots Cast commended the team for their outstanding performance and contribution.
